SPECIAL TRIBUTE TO DAVID LUMSDEN

My father, David Lumsden, was the roommate of Jimmy Stewart in World War II.  Like the many roles that Jimmy Stewart played in his career, my father was known as a terrific guy with wonderful old school values and a great sense of humor that endeared him to those he came in contact with throughout his lifetime.  My father and Jimmy died in the same year ... 1997.  Two great guys cut from the same cloth.  They will be missed.

The photo to the right is of my father and Jimmy Stewart taken in 1941. Jimmy Stewart had just won the Academy Award for the Philadelphia Story.
